Quality Scorecard

At an organizational level we carry out a weekly review of all our services and projects through the follow up of the PQI (Perceived Quality Index) global indicator which integrates the individual indicators of each service.

 

Each new project or service that we undertake selects its own follow up indicators depending on its specific needs (for example SLAs), defined with the help of the clients.

 

This allows us to:

- Give priority to the projects and services when selecting their metrics;

- Understand and measure performance and quality of our services in a standardized and uniform way;

- Take corrective actions in the case of any unexpected deviation;

- Maintain alignment with ISO Regulation 9001:2002
