In August 14, 2007, Vates S.A. reached Maturity Level 5 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) model, developed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Carnegie Mellon University, United States. Thus, it became the first Argentinean company to obtain such high maturity level.
