Social Responsibility

2do Objetivo

The second goal is embodied through the ENTRA 21 Program, of which our company is very proud.

ENTRA 21: The Entra 21 Program is oriented to low-income young people: men and women between 18 and 25 years old, who have completed and passed the Unified Basic Cycle (third year of high school) and are unemployed or sub-employed.

This program makes it easier to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to enter the labor market.

Entra 21 “Preparing young people to enter to the new labor market” is a program at the Cordoba Economic Development Agency (ADEC) that supports the development of social-labor skills of young Cordovan people.

Said project is financed by the International Youth Foundation, the Municipality of Cordoba and the Multilateral Investment Fund (FOMIN)

Young people are selected by taking into account the competencies and attitudes necessary to develop in the ICT sector. Those selected take a two-month training course in IT technologies and life skills.

They obtain a paid internship for four months in a local company.

They get a certificate granted by the Instituto Tecnológico Córdoba.
