Within the Project Office niche, Kanav is the project management, requirement and request management, and configuration and decision-support management tool which best integrates to legacy applications due to its open architecture and modular concept.
Kanav is a platform that allows you to manage development teams, both on-site and offshore.
Kanav is a product created by Vates S.A., currently commercialized, maintained and developed by Kanav S.A. (www.kanav.com), whose original conception was addressed towards the creation of a tool that enables software project follow-up and provides all the information an IT company needs to track its global activities. Vates S.A built Kanav with the idea of setting it up as the IT companies' ERP.
Kanav Platform provides the integration of different modules on which you can manage from end-user’s needs by means of recording, analyzing, evaluating, and approving requests as well as assigning people responsible for performing the required tasks, and carrying out the tracking, control and closing of work assigned.

To achieve process standardization, you can implement quality and/or management standards such as CMMI®, ISO, PMI®, Spice or others that the organization requires to define its own software production processes. Kanav Platform optionally offers you the definition of a development process implemented according to CMMI® standards that guarantee compliance with Levels 2, 3, 4 or 5.
KANAV PLATFORM PRODUCTS
Kanav Platform provides the integration of three modules on which you can completely manage all your projects. Such modules will offer your organization complementary capabilities in order to totally control the software development process. These capabilities will cover software project management from the beginning of a business opportunity to the closing of the project, and will include a tool to analyze the metrics obtained during the execution of the modules.
