Vates has the advantage of a huge reservoir of knowledge which we’ve accumulated over many years in the industry. In order to ensure that the information we collect through research and practice reaches all areas of the company, we have developed a series of informative talks known as “Technological Workshops”. Our objective is to share all new knowledge gained across the organization so that all our teams may learn from their colleagues’ experience and become better prepared to face new challenges.

In this way we have achieved a balance throughout the entire organization, from directors to developers, of the know-how acquired in production projects as well in research and innovation projects.
